angie grau
media manager
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven aren’t just buzzwords. When applied to Angie, they’re simply the truth. As a former small-business owner passionate about reaching and serving customers in her community, it’s easy to see the rare and beautiful blend of her care for working with people and a focus on outcomes for their success.
As a 15+ year veteran in marketing and advertising, Angie’s breadth of experience spans media placement, campaign coordination, project management, account strategy, and event planning in everything from print and broadcast media to website and SEO work. This industry is constantly evolving and can sometimes invite a very black and white competition between “traditional” vs. digital. Angie knows it’s both/and.
There’s no telling what the future of the industry will bring, but Angie believes it must include a holistic approach. She provides campaign strategy and service that is cohesive and adaptive across multiple media vehicles. Angie’s ultimate goal is to ensure clients’ messaging reaches the right audience with enough frequency to break through the noise. At cohort she creates and executes media plans based on client goals. This might include placing anything from TV, print, radio, or outdoor. At the end of the day, they are constructed in tandem with digital and the clients’ overall vision.
Angie is passionate about children, literacy, and safety, equality, and accessibility for all people. This is evident in her past and present work. She is an entrepreneur and former owner of a children’s book store, and currently serves in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and on the board of her local community theatre.
Outside of work, Angie is inspired by her Mom, Grandma, husband, and three children. Her favorite days involve spending time with family. When she can carve out the time, she loves to write, draw, make art, or even sink into a good coloring book!
